I agree, if it keeps coming into your mind and you WANT IT REALLY BAD, just have a little. Like Ice Cream, buy the smallest container you can find of a wonderful brand and just eat a little. Having a 2 gallon container of the stuff in your freezer just sets you up for failure !

I would strongly recommend you add vegetables to your diet. Try a new one every week, celery stuffed with your peanut butter at lunch would be filling and less carbs and calories than peanut butter and bread. I order a-la-carte and maybe just have a chicken taco with the chips that come before meal that may be enough. You can get a side salad with your taco.. It is a problem, besides drinking a lot of water, I drink herb tea, hot or cold. Also I like Crystal Light sweetened with stevia. Congratulations on staying on the plan with MFP its so easy . I joined in March and I am amazed at all the foods they have listed and also at the amount of sugar in fruit and vegetables Also the protein in vegs. I didn't realize it was important to count the protein you eat. Well Good Luck. Smiley
