This is why when people starve to death, they leave extremely obese corpses. In all seriousness, there's a problem in the equation somewhere. It's usually a problem with underestimating calories and overestimating exercise.

Wheel gun would be nice, but mountain lions are faster... They don't typically attack by coming at you head on, slowly. An unloaded pistol i wouldn't trust... Dont think i could dig it out and slap a magazine in by the time I needed it.

Laying down on the floor, benching dumbbels (called a floor press) make sure your legs are BENT and you don't push down on your feet. Pull your scapula together, and focus keeping the weight there. That's what I did when my low back was freshly injured. Once you can do, say, 12 reps with the weights, pick the next size…

Unfortunately, more weight is the only way to really get the same workout. If you can do more than 12-14 reps of something, it stops being strength training and is basically just endurance work.

What sort of back problem? Can you do pull ups/chin ups / push ups?

IF 200 calories turned directly into fat, with 100% efficiency, you would gain a little less than an ounce of fat.

Fish are meat, factually speaking. Other poster was correct. It's a 'religious' difference.

What's your progression plan? Sometimes its better to ditch accessory work and stick to the fundamental 4 compound lifts to start with. Or so says coach Rip at least...

Looks like you got it :) Looks fairly complex. How advanced are you?

Whoah. Hold on now, let's not get ahead of ourselves.

It's pretty good, but you should consider these programs as well: \ | , <

It isn't, and I wouldn't buy any kind.. I did get a fitbit as a gift, and it's a neat gadget. Still wouldn't have bought one though.

5 sets of 20? That's not really strength work. Start moving the weight up and the reps down. My wife was doing 3 sets of 5 at 185 lbs in about a month of squatting.

Resistance bands are great for mobility work. You'll 'outgrow them' strength-wise in a couple of weeks. Squats are better than leg presses. Heavy barbell squats. You can put more stress on the body that way. And they beat step ups/lunges/etc. Though step ups and lunges are good accessory work and can help bunches with…

even if true, who cares?

I wouldn't eat all those calories back.

There are cheaper portable sources of protein available. You don't have to buy quest bars.

Are you training like 8-10 hours a day every day at intense levels?

Have you considered seeing a doctor?

.38 is a mousefart in it, but .357 mag in a 2.25" barrel... Pretty serious. When I handload for it, I keep the powder low though. :)

I'd like to work on the trigger a little, but it's a fantastic little firearm! I put a hogue grip on it. It's just so... stout.
