I don't understand the argument, or point of arguing. Spirits only visit those who believe, and never, ever pester or present themselves to people that don't believe in them. Hm.

If a return is within 8 spaces yes. Otherwise i push it into the nearest prius so they dont roll and damage anything important.

You should be doing: Squats Press Bench Press Deadlift and eventually chinups I honestly wouldn't worry about trying to be "even" until you're at a very low body fat percentage, and well into your lifting career. Barbells will get you to your goal faster with the above.

The less seams the better. Go commando. But why are you against cycling shorts?

consider that a $2.50 quest bar has about $0.40 cents worth of whey in it.

Stay phobic of the weight machines, and go straight to the free weights. :) Learn it right the first time. grab a program - like new rules of lifting for women. Study form.

Lifting to failure isn't really very popular in the strength community anymore. Lately it's 'Lift until the last rep you can complete with OK form." or "leave 1 in the tank"

Go for strong lift
-
Strength to minimize catabolism.

600 calories in 45 minutes would probably be reasonable if you were a large, experienced athlete capable of working at near maximal effort without pausing.

Consider a cyclocross bike instead.

That's like trying to only stretch one side of the rubber band. Work the whole thing, the rest will catch up. Or maybe it's how your built.

A standard olympic bar is 45lbs. It could weigh more or less if it's a very cheap bar, or a women's olympic bar.
-
after googling this might be a smith machine you're talking about. They are 35lbs. You would also be better off using free weights.
-
Is it a standard 7 foot bar? Should be 45 lbs

Soy, any kind of tofu. Ugh.

this. alternate answer: "For a given definition of serious." alternate alternate answer: Ed Zercher.

crunches are useless Do hanging leg raises then do ab rollouts from a standing position
-
My set.
-
It's probably 3-4x too high.
-
Definitely. I think it also explains my own personal complaint that an hour of lifting doesn't feel like much work.
-
Pretty much every stat is messed up on a lot of food.
-
If your only goal is weight loss, and not strength, do a 15 minute warmup on the elliptical, then hit the weights and do circuit training.

Move from sedentary to low. Watch your weight trend over the next 4 weeks and reevaluate.
