  • Yup this. I find that if you don't actually eat what helps the cravings (for me its chocolate). I will eat and eat and eat. It ends up worse. This is also a great way to fix the cravings and is strongly recommended as a "healthier" option. However, this means a small amount, not the entire huge block LOL

  • If you are only eating 1200 and exercising and are hungry. I would say eat more. Trial it. Are you at your lowest goal? Or the highest 2lbs goal? I would change it if you are at the highest and start from there. You shouldn't been extremely hungry.
  • I found I had the same problem. All you can do is tell them what you need too, then delete friend. They are only going to look for friends who are more like minded in the long term anyway. It's sad, but there isn't much you can do. But I understand your frustration!
