I have 10 miles down with 5 miles per 2 sessions. Getting ready to head to the treadmill now, crank up the music and go for another 5 mile walk/jog. I'm in, beginning late but it is still doable! I love these challenges! I just hop on the treadmill and turn up the music. What more can you do to create those happy hormones to generate? I usually walk 5 miles each session. So if I get in 5 sessions per week, I could have this knocked out in a couple of weeks! :)

Finished! This was an excellent stretching exercise. My spine snap crackled and popped, making me feel much better. Plus it was extremely simple, may have saved me a visit to the chiropractor for this week. Thank you!! :)
