It is the ice cream.

My giant has the limited edition hostess ice creams. I'm so disappointed they don't have the twinkle flavor! I'll have to look at the other one.

When I was a kid I ate my sister's Dr. Pepper chapstick because I thought that's what you were supposed to do. The smores girl scouts cookies taste exactly like chapstick did. Bleck.

Mint is a huge appetite suppressant for me. Probably because I hate anything mint flavored except breath mints.

I once doubled the recommended serving size of them one morning. It took a mere 10 minutes for me to regret that decision.

Thanks everyone. One more question, for barbell rows with the empty bar, do you still go all the way to the floor? I felt like my form was compromised by doing this with an empty bar.

The Yuengling Ice Cream is delicious! It's so expensive though which is disappointing. I think the beer is cheaper. :disappointed:

Your bunny is adorable. I love tag-alongs

My Giant started carrying Enlightened! I no longer will have ice cream envy from you guys. I bought the peanut butter one because my t-rex arms couldn't reach the salted caramel.

Alphabets cereal with marshmallows. The vowels were the marshmallows. Tasted so much better than lucky charms.

I was trying to remember what these were! I ate them all the time in the early 90s as a small child. I still get cravings for them.

I binged when I ate 1200 calories and all carbs. I would come home from work and stand in my pantry and do some serious carnage. Honestly, when I think back, I had a bad relationship with food. I would binge then starve, binge then starve. I upped my calories to 1600 and ate more filling meals with protein and allowed…

Giant now sells their own edible cookie dough! Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, and brownie batter. I got brownie batter and chocolate chip to try.

I stopped drinking soda 10 years ago. It was just a spur of the moment thing. I used to drink 3 mountain dews a day. I was 19 at the time and switched to plain water. It was a lifestyle change I didn't notice I was making. Before I knew it, 6 months passed and I found myself favoring water over any juice or tea. I tried…

Surprisingly many women hover around 11. Many people get used to being anemic that they aren't tired because it is a baseline for them. Usually hgbs 9-11 aren't very tired when they're used to it. A hgb of 4 is a definitely exhausting. When I had my tonsillectomy when I was 12 I hemorrhaged and lost a great deal of blood.…

What was your hemoglobin? I went from a 13.6 to a 10.5 in less than 2 months and it took me another 2 months to get to 12.5. I'm not the biggest meat eater though and I hate spinach. Unfortunately supplements hurt my stomach.

Unfortunately I just dispense it and know its purpose. It is a derivative of human plasma in individuals who are Rh neg and developed Anti D so I don't think it would be feasible to get it right after it is made. :)

has your husband been typed? If he is Rh+ there is a 50% chance of having a child that is Rh -, if he is carries the recessive part of the the Rh antigen. If he carries two dominate ones then there is a 75% chance the baby will be Rh+ and 25% Rh-. It is completely up to you but if fetal blood mixes with your blood at any…

I used to be able to run maybe 2 minutes and give up. That was when I was skinnier a few years ago! I hated running. This summer I gave C25k a shot. Like others have said, go slow. I used map my run while using C25k. When I started, my runs were 15-16 minutes per mile. I jogged at a walking pace to ease my joints into it.…

They are in the dairy/yogurt section! At least at my Giant. :)

I eat 647 Bread...it has a decent amount of fiber and only 40 calories per slice. I only eat it for breakfast with my eggs.

Never go on a fad diet that you will never be able to do for the rest of your life. Yes, they'll get you to 135, but as soon as you return to your food, you will gain it all right back. I, too, was on a medication that caused increased weight gain, I went from 126-178 in a matter of a year. I was taken off the medication…

Thank you, everyone!! I will definitely try the water trick. The worst part is, when I eat these foods I feel terrible; not mentally terrible but physically terrible. I don't know why I do it to myself!!

I started Celexa back in 2011. At the time I was 125lbs and fit. I had just lost 5lbs from exercising and was the smallest I had been in years. Once I started it I became lethargic and didn't want to do anything but eat. I gained 40 pounds since then. Currently I am on Effexor and things have finally steadied out. I am…
