I live in Bangladesh and everything here is deepfried or soaked in a gallon of oil. Calories in, calories out and excercise! You can do it. And you can defo cook your own food. I dont even have that option lol!

log it in as circuit training. I put 20 mins but you can include the warm up/cool down if u want as well

I use two 500ml water bottles, they are only a little more 1lb. The bigger bottles are hard to hold on too. Something is better than nothing right?

I've been on level 2 for like 20 days lol. I just move up when I feel I have all the moves down and I am not winded. I just mute her or put her low and put on a playlist. Its only 20 minutes and I don't have many choices in other exercises. Internet connection is slow out here so downloading some is hard plus its hardly…

I eat when I am hungry so usually I do eat them back. I try not to obsess with it too much tho, I find that the less I care the more fit I get. If I don't eat I get real hangry like fighting rage lol!

I think most of its trial and error unless you can get yourself to one of those facilities that can test your actual BMR, theres was a post about it a while ago... When I get back to Boston I'm going to look into it and pray my bmr is so high I can eat everything lol.

Yeah are you sure your looking at TDEE and not BMR because I need 1700 or so to maintain my weight and I am 5'3 and a little under 150 or so

The Irish just use milk, if your thinking of an irish coffee, thats just cream shaken til its slightly whipped. I lived there and worked in the food industry there. Oh my fella likes to put full cream into his coffee sometimes, maybe thats it.

When I lived in Ireland underwear were refered to knickers. Trousers are whats common or pants, sometimes slacks for casual pants.

I am 5'3 and 150lbs and I wear a US 8 or UK 10. When I was 132, I wore a US 4/6 and UK 6. I wanna get back to the 130s so I can fit into my jeans again. I carry all my weight in my arms :( they are 15 inches!!!!!!!!! :((
