I made no bake cookies with my chocolate meal replacement powder and honey instead of cocoa and sugar. it's still sweet, and still adds calories, but it's very satisfying. I don't use a plain protein powder so I don't really have a good recommendation, I use Shakeology daily. I'm sure someone will have a preference to share :)

Butter, organic when possible, but in reasonable quantities. Will have nothing if margarine is the only option (and yes, I ask at restaurants what they use).

My fave go to is taco salad - ground turkey, chicken or lean ground beef. calories will add up with cheese, olives and avocado so make your own decisions there.
