Hmm..I would say my first goal would be 139. I am at 157.8 as of today and have lost 22 pounds so far. I don't really have a time frame. I weigh myself like once every 2 or 3 months. I don't like the scale, really. I'm more interested in my old clothes fitting :) but, yeah I would say 139 is my first goal!

I play roller derby and have 2 hour practices 2-3 days per week and I try to run at least 4 days per week.
