Hey Kim, I'm not sure how I "did it wrong" but after so many good testimonials from this thread I decided to try it again, I have it on now..and no problems! Not sure if it was just too tight, or the tag poking, or what...

Alright, I've decided to try it again. I'm going to do an EASA2 workout with it on, but is there ANY way to make the wrist unit stop beeping (to the beat of the heart rate)...

I average about 120 ounces per day. On days I really rock the workout it may be as much as 170. I use a 24 ounce pop top bottled water bottle, filled up with tap water. I am also breastfeeding, so I need to keep it higher than the normal 8 - 8 ounce glasses ( 64 ounces )

I have the same problem! I have 5 kids and 2 are in school full time. 1 is part time (M-W-F) and the other 2 (2 yr old and 8 month old) are home with me all the time. I can't "get up early" -if I do-they wake up. I can't "stay up later" because by the time the last one nods off I am VERY close behind. It is a no win…

Depending on the age of the child. The younger the babe, the more calories burned while bf'ing. So for a newborn-right before starting solids I would go with the 500 calories. But once they start solids its about 300. In the food section there is a "nursing mothers" that you can add to your intake, and it -300 calories. HTH

You know you can change it? Mine. I have 5 children-for a total of a 7 person family-hence Seven Is Heaven! Most people would concider having 5 kids too big of a family, we wanted a big family. We LOVE having a "huge" family, and for us 7 is the perfect number-seven is heaven.

Yup it is 8 - 8 ounce glasses. So approx 64 ounces per day. That is with no exercise-sweating..etc.

You can always use the "recipe" tool and create it that way-so you don't have to add each ingredient seperately each time you have it.

My diary is open. I cook for a family of 7 so I can't eat all the "good diet" food all the time. I have to make real meals once in a while! I have just learned to cook mine seperately so I can portion it. I eat the same things, just not the same portions.

I totally get the responces you've gotten, but I have the same exact question! I cannot possibly eat THAT many calories in one day without pigging out on BAD food. I have read the threads about eating your exercise calories, but I just can't eat that much in one day!....

I also think of it as "just part of the day". You don't log everytime you change a diaper, walk to the restroom, etc. I am nursing my 8 month old daughter and haven't had ANY supply issues.
