I eat 1900 a day. TDEE minus 20%. I've lost 9 inches in 6 weeks. Add me if you want to. No weight loss yet but I'd take the smaller size any day over weight loss.

This. TDEE minus 15 to 20% I follow daily TDEE and that only. So I always eat about the same whether I exercise or not because TDEE includes everything.

Plaster a big *kitten* goofy smile on your face.....people will smile back. It really works. I see the intense workout face and it's not always approachable. I have that face sometimes. REALLY!!!! JUST SMILE A LOT!!! People will want to be like you! Also women have to summon a lot of courage to lift. It's the fear talking,…

Hi! I am 5'4" and want to weigh 160. At that point I will decide if 150 is better. I have a lot of muscle weight. The charts for healthy weight don't work as well for muscular people. Get to 160 first. Then decide.

Weight training is crucial. Cardio is a fantastic fat burner but weight training keeps on burning fat long after the workout is finished. Nothing like strength training for a beautiful body. I will be staying with an approx. 2000 calorie burn each week. This works well for me. This week we are adding cable weights and core…

Week 3 04-13 thru 04-19 Burned 2154 calories This past week I did resistance training, interval sprints, core strength, and stairmaster. After resistance training we started cable weight machines. Just keeping it lively!

Good for you! You look awesome.

You're killin' me. LMAO

Try to lose weight slow and steady giving your skin a chance to catch up. Skin elasticity takes a while. This is the best advice I can think of. Edit: Also adding some weight training and good support!

Your intake may be much higher. Just remember you won't eat back exercise calories if you set your goals (macros) to TDEE. Keep eating protein rich foods and be sure to get enough carbs. Another site that has the calculators:.http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm Good luck!

I just started resistance training today. So I'll add that to my workout 2x next week with cardio.

I burned 2047 calories this last week. Upped the intensity so I'm feeling really good about that. Definitely getting stronger and losing inches!
