The calories burned that they give you is not very accurate. I would suggest you only eat back 1/2 of your burned calories. Oh, and have some compassion for yourself, always. People are never perfect, but we can strive to be better today than yesterday!

I just bought new Aasics Exalts yesterday and I took them out running today and I really like them. They are light but supportive, I don't like the feeling that my foot is too able to move around when I am running or I get foot cramps. I do cardio at the gym, mostly elliptical and I like Aasics for this as well.

I like to pack a (small) amount of nuts, pistachios are lower calorie, I have the salty crunchy craving thing too. I used to bring the 100 cal popcorn bags, but they are not very good for you I guess. Pita chips and hummus is a good one too.

Congrats everyone! I'm getting hitched March 2015! A destination wedding in Mexico. I would like to lose 25 to 30 lbs and be able to wear the "beachy" dress of my dreams, and perhaps break out a swimsuit as well!
