I just joined and just found out I was pregnant after the holidays... I am 5 weeks pregnant and I gained weight over the holidays. I am hoping to stem the weight gain and keep the weight gain healthy throughout. I'm 5'7 Prepregnancy(nov 13)- 145 5 weeks (and post holiday food fest)- 154
