I'm over most days on both sugar and fibre!! I only eat a one or two pieces of fruit and this pushes it over, but i don't worry about it. I figure its fruit and not chocolate and naughty sweet things that are pushing me over. Its working for me, have lost quite a bit of weight now and am usually over on those things!! Hope…

Agreed my plan for May is to get back on the wagon and get to 11stone 3lbs by the end of May, so that will 2 stone weight loss since Christmas. Really gotta get back on track, these bank holidays have been tough. Hoping I have just broken even and weigh the same, weigh day on Sat....eek!!! Good luck everyone:bigsmile:

Measuring is such a good idea, i'm going to measure again next week....its been 2 months so hoping for a change!!! Also measured my body fat on the machine in the gym last week, so will do that when the weight loss stalls next!!! Good luck:bigsmile:

It's good to look at things in a positive way....i lost 4lb when i had swine flu....was pretty pleased when i felt better enough to care:embarassed: Just concentrate on eating well etc from here on!!!:bigsmile:
