My mom does this whole spoon buisness as well...i have tried it and frozen spoons applied to the eyes is like drinking a milkshake too fast- instant brain freeze. it is extrememly uncomfortable! i take a multi-vitamin and drink a TON of water...my eyes tear a lot too so maybe it is allergy-related. ugh,

nope... you will not turn into the incredible hulk. you will however gain msucle, whereas with jillian michaels you will lose more weight than gain muscle... youre using light weights and doing more cardio...p90x is designed to build muscle, not lose weight.
