i agree. everything is bad if u over-do it. i wouldnt go eating a pound a day or anything but i dont think a little bit here or there will kill you.

Yeaaa..so when you start eating normal again youre going to put any weight you lost back on in a matter of weeks...and then some. Eating 500 calories a day is very bad idea!!

The egg yolks raise your cholesterol thing was busted at least ayear if not more. Eggs as a whole A. taste better, B. are more filling. I could eat 3 egg whites and not be half as full as if I ate 1 whole egg. Plus, I can hardboil an egg, cut it up and put it on my salad and I dont need dressing. IMO, eggs are amazing.…

when youre sick, your metabolism is actually higher because your body is trying to "waste out" all that bad stuff....either way- your body uses more calories when youre sick. especially when you have a fever.

CONGRATS!!! you can do this!! just stick to your calories and exercise!! plus-- exercise releases endorphins so you'll be happy while wedding planning! lol--- believe me- it gets stressful!!!

me! im 5'1". I weigh the most I have ever weighed right now (partially due to medical issues and stress! and laziness too ofcourse...) im at 152 right now. want to get back to 128. which i was in april of 2009.
