I dunno yet, it tells me to follow 1200 calories, but have been told that's not enough and I eat less than 20 carbs and I haven't really lost at all. Still trying tho :)

i'm not short but have PCOS and just recently started struggling with weight. I'm making regular appts with Dr. to monitor

According to BMI i'm obese too lol.... I use that for motivation! However, my trainer said that it doesn't take in account for muscle so it's just a a round about number and not to focus on it too much.
