Glad that info helped.....I'm trying to lower mine. I actually just had a high blood pressure class this week and that's where I learned a lot of this.... I work for a health clinic so get most of my info from the doctors and nutrionist here. I'm happy to share any good tips or info they give me.

I do the Jillian Ripped in 30 workout.....you can add the circuit training general like others suggest but keep in mind that MFP estimated calories burned really high so you may want to reduce that before saving. I'm doing her Ripped in 30....I log in with Circuit Training General but then cut back half the calories they say burned since MFP runs high. Plan on doing this until i can buy a HRM

I love mine. I have one of the family size grills. It's great for hamburgers and kinda gross to see all the fat that it removes. I also like it to grill tuna sandwiches. Great investment
