I take a One a day 'Women’s Active Metabolism' If i don't take it with food I'll feel sick to my stomach. I do a craft. I crochet and knit and love reading more than anything else so i do any of those instead of snacking. HUMPH My mother in law bought it and loves it. I hinted and then FLAT OUT asked for it for my birthday and my husband didn't get it for me. No one did. Now i have to get it for myself and it might be my 170GW present to myself! :tongue:

I'm having the same problem and i was told that i might be defienct in a certain vitamin but i would have to go to the doctor to find out OR I was apparently low on my protein. bump, i'm at the same point, my protein is a bit low so i was thinking a protein shake for a meal. And yes the shakeology sounds great and a lot of people on here use it but you have to be able to afford it first. which for my broke butt, isn't happening.

800 is NOT enough, your going to hurt your body that way. And whoever said it above, once you reach your goal and up your cals you are going to gain and gain so fast that your not going to realize it until it's to late. take it from somebody with experience with this.:blushing:
