I had some leftover beef-tomato-mac in a tupperware container in the fridge. After I ate it, I noticed plenty if it stuck to the side of the container. I knew those same ingredients were sticking to my organs...not a pleasant thought. Maybe I should quit eating since it's obvious my digestive system doesn't work. :laugh:…

I make it a priority to work out first thing in the morning before the day's demands and distractions get in the way.

I was having a similar problem: I was running out of energy halfway through my 50 minute morning walks. I now have a banana or piece of fruit just prior to my walk. See if this helps: Have your banana 20 minutes or so before your walk. That's just enough time for the carbs in the banana to kick in during your walk.

Had ice cream for the first time in 5 months since losing weight. It tasted so good, I had seconds. It was terrific! Had restaurant pizza for the first time in 6 months since my weight loss. It was excellent. It's good that I ordered a small one or else I would have really overeaten, it was so good.

Congratulations! I remember when I started my weight loss/exercise journey, I could barely do one push up. Now I do 3 sets of 40 during my workout. You're right; it's a great feeling to be healthy and do these things.

When out of town relatives come to stay with us, occasionally they want to go horseback riding. I've learned that when making stable reservations, if you are over 220 pounds, you have to give them a couple days notice, so they can have an appropriate horse for you. It's as much about what you eat as the calorie count. Protein will keep you fuller longer than carbs. Open your diary to the public so people can see what you're eating & give you specific tips to help.

This^ Your macros are set at 45% carbs, 30% fat and 25% protein. It should be easy to hit that 25% without much trouble if you cut back on the carbs. Try eggs for breakfast. They have lots of protein and will keep you fuller longer than a bowl of cereal. If you're low on time, do what I do: Hard boil a dozen eggs at a time…
