One tip that may help with joints is ginger. There is some anti-inflammatory properties in it that helped me. It might be worth a try.

I turn to eating in stressful situations as well. I think people don't understand the addiction side to obesity. We have to have food for survival some of us have to face our addiction 3 times a day.

Count me in as well. I'm 41 and have a huge 220 lbs to loose. Stepping on the scale and seeing 440 just isn't fun anymore. I have my bike set up indoors and I have been working out with resistance bands. I hope to loose 125 this year.

Biggest loser has a digital scale sold at Target. It's pretty accurate and inexpensive.

I had the same thing and it hurt the worst when it was cold outside. I went to the Dr. and found out I have pluracy. It was just an inflammation of the chest wall that hurts when I was breathing in cold air. On that note though you should definitely see a Doctor as soon as possible.

I have EASA 2 and it is a blast. You get a personal trainer and it walks you through your exorcises. If you go onto youtube and do a search for EA Sports Active 2 you can see some videos of what it will look like.

I had my gallbladder out to and my Dr. put me on Colestipol. It works quite well. It is a cholesterol med that helps prevent excessive bile salt acid from building up. He said about 60-70% of people with their gallbladders removed have this problem.
