had a rough weekend...my first since starting in january :/ the scale reflected the over-indulgences... Oh well, back on track to drop this water weight! :D

brown rice (steamed in my rice cooker but you could do it on the stove or whatever) zucchini, green pepper, red onion (any veggies you like) seasoned with adobo spices. a 1/2 cup of brown rice with a ton of veggies + some salsa! yum!

137...sorry guys, I weighed the same. I didn't even see the challenges, everything on here gets so cluttered. I do most of these on my own, but I'll start just from this week. 3 points for eating 4 colors a day. 3 days of strength training :)

I did this too! but it resulted in me having only one pair of pants left... nothing else fits! So I had to go clothes shopping and now i have a few bottoms. I thought I got rid of all of my "fat clothe", but some days I put something on that I thought would fit and it doesn't! Looks like I know where my next paycheck is…

Even though I've stopped eating sweets (For the most part) I still find that I'm going over on sugars! I eat a lot of fruits and veggies so I know that has sugar in it.. and I know some sauces do, but it's really hard to find items with NO sugar!

almonds, any kind of nuts (follow the serving size) fruit i eat goldfish..or reduced fat cheez-its peppers with hummus

You can substitute 1 cup soymilk for any recipe that calls for eggs (i'm not sure if you can use regular milk... I'm a vegetarian so I drink the soy!)

This may be a really reall stupid question, but am I still allowed to eat peanut butter? I haven't had any, ad I know there's sugars in it.. but I was just curious..

Ruffles makes Light potato chips (About 80 calories for 15 chips) if you are feeling the need for munchies like that! Vegetable skewers are awesome, and portabello mushrooms on the grill are amazing. You would grill up the mushroom just like a burger and eat it on the bun! I'm a vegetarian, so it's a great alternative when…

I'm with you -- I'm going to try my best. Nervous, but I hope I can do it!

Fresh (and frozen) vegetables are always good to have around. Kraftrecipes.com (i think that's it) has a weekly newsletter that you can subscribe to and have simple recipes e-mailed to you! I have a lot of low fat snacks - pretzels, granola bars, etc. lying around. I ove hummus, laughing cow light cheese wedges, and ice…

My color bones! My hips (I love being "Miss attitude" and putting one hand on my hip so people notice  ) my ribs, and my tummy!

If you're lacking energy, it's usually related to a deficiency in your diet. Is your iron intake very low? As for your multivitamin, read the label... some multivitamins must be taken with food to avoid sickness. I experience this with my iron supplements (my iron is EXTREMELY low). Just some thoughts! Potatoes usually…

I know you probably don't mean harm, and this has nothing to do with this post, but please find a different word to use than "retard." It is offensive and there are a number of different words you could use (like silly) to portray the same message. I don't mean for this to come off as confrontational or anything, just…

I'm losing about a pound a week. When I first started off in January at about 163 lbs, it was coming off relatively quickly (or so it seemed to be), but now I'm losing about a pound or a pound and a half a week (currently at 143.6 lbs). I feel it's safer this way, so that I can keep it off longer.

I don't have too much trouble staying within my allotted calories, unless I skip a workout, because I am very concious (probably overally concious) about my intake. I find that substituting lower calorie foods (buying fat free or reduced calorie versions) is still satisfying and helps lower my caloric intake. Losing weight…

I so agree with the better sex part!

When you work out, your metabolism increases, causing your body to burn through your calories at a faster rate. As long as you are exercising and eating healthily, using all of your allotted calories shouldn't be a problem. It's just your new and improved metabolism! :D

1200 calories really isn't that much food...it's three well balanced meals, plus a couple of healthy snacks. I've lost 14 pounds so far eating about 1200 calories a day, so your underconsumption may be what's causing you to be stuck. Also, it might help to change your exercise routine to get over that plateau. Good luck!
