tortillas of any kind, especially because a lot of the time a wrap is promoted as the "lighter" or "healthier" option on a menu! Just cutting a large tortilla in half and using that for my sandwich is over 100 calories. Using an entire wrap, and then filling it can add up quickly!

A lot of places like Sam's club and Costco allow you to buy in bulk, but I've found that this produce spoils quickly. You can try a farmer's market or an Asian or Hispanic market (as was mentioned before). Yes! And I've started to hear it more often now in the last three months (first time I've been single in three years) from people (other than my ex, who did say it a lot) than I have in my entire adult life. I've had a lot of people stop me on the street to tell me.. it's a nice feeling.
