I thought it was Friday and that is why DH is off.... The food looks amazing. I love puri and wish my mother in law made more of it instead of dry roti every night. And the meat. Dear God I miss meat! Now I'm hungry and all I have are some cold chickpeas waiting for me.

I just joined the group. I'm Alayna and I am currently living in India with my husband. I'm finding it hard to lose weight eating a load of carbs here. :(

It won't really affect your weight by skipping a period. The blood and tissue lost from a period is something like 1 tsp on average. That's a very small amount.
