  • I tend to find that I have one bad day a week (and thankfully it's AFTER I've weighed in- my weigh ins are Thursdays and I find that Friday or Saturday when we're OUT tends to be a "not so good diet day") But... that being said, the day isn't TOO far over the calorie goal and I think it largely depends on WHAT you're going…
  • I like the pitas that are made w/ flax seed and whole grain- they aren't as dense, not as "stiff" so I have never ripped one and they taste great!! Another great option is the "Arnold sandwich thins", I love the multi grain and the honey wheat varieties, and they are even great as toast!! =)
  • I have done it off and on, but I seem to see a wierd hormonal reaction which triggers anxiety inme every time I get into it! Has anyone else had the same of similar result? It has been the one reason I haven't stuck to it for long!
  • Pilates has done WONDERS for my lower back!! I have an extreme curvature to my low back, so I started a Pilates regemine and I feel much better!! It strengthens and tones at the same time!
