You can look at mine though I don't always complete it. I have been using the excuse that I am too busy but really I just forget and other times I eat crappy. My goal this week is to write it all down. The good, the bad, and the ugly. lol. :)

I am a 38DD/38E and I have been running for over a year and when I started I was 190+. What I have found is that I need to special order my sports bras but once I had good bras-running was no problem. I have completed 1/2 marathons, 10ks, a Ragnar relay and outside of normal soreness-I don't have any additional problems. I…

I also used Higdon's novice program for my first 1/2 marathon. I ran the Women's Half Marathon in November 2011. I started running (using the C25K program) in January 2011 and was not a runner previously. I ran my second half in December 2011 in Las Vegas (the Strip at Night). I was very sore immediately after I stopped…

I have close to 200 pairs....I convertered my coat closet into a shoe closet and still have to have some in my bedroom closet and I have my flip flops hanging on the bag of the door to my garage. I agree it is a sick-sad addiction-but I love my shoes!!!! The most recent pair(s) I purchased were my favorite running shoes to…

I have tried coconut water a couple of different times, but I don't like it at all. My significant other LOVES it and drinks it all the time after his runs and being on the elliptical. I also have friends who love it and find it particularly refreshing after long, hot runs. I did not like the texture (??) it seemed a bit…

I love this idea....I think this will be fun for myself and my son when I am making our lunches each day!! He and I will just have to agree on finding food we both like!!   Thanks for sharing!!

I am 5'7 and my goal weight is 135 pounds. I still have 50+ pounds to lose.

I started with C25K and went to a running store where I had my gait analyzed. I bought a proper pair of shoes (which has made a HUGE difference in my running) and hit the treadmill. I just recently joined a group of runners and went on my first run with the group tonight. I find that I completely enjoy running with people…

That is awesome!! I love bloody mary's on Sunday; wine during the week and good beer (I cannot stomach most "light" beers). :drinker: :drinker: I too, have been unwilling to stop completely and sometimes I am over my calories from a beer or a glass of wine. So congrats!!! Awesome job!

i am following a training schedule and Friday's are rest days (but I have been taking Wednesday as a rest day). Sunday's are when I do my long runs which usually amounts to a large amount of calories burned. :)

My trainer wants me to keep my HR under 150 for maximum fat burning. To be honest with you, I am not sure I understand the science behind it and I know that everyone's body is different. I sometimes find it hard to keep my HR below 150 depending on the exercise I am doing-but I am also trying it to see if it works.…

I am always lighter mid-week by 2-3 pounds (not sure why) and sometimes later in the week but come my weigh-in day??? Maybe a pound. I think it is because my weigh in day is Monday after the weekend. Not sure though. I am also a daily weigher.....just like to track what my body is doing. I think it is great that you can…

My 9-year-old son wants to start jogging with me (we haven't gone yet) and I have a friend whose kids ride their bikes while she runs. I think getting healthy together is awesome! Some of my friends have their kids in running clubs and they do 5ks with the parents!
