Menopause hit early :/ I was 42! Now at 48 I feel I am not able to lose a pound. I am practically a vegan and just cannot lose the weight. I have exercised, take synthroid for hypothyroidism, and I am at my wits end. Any advice would be great!

Hi just signed up today. I am in a funk! lost some wieght, started a new job and stopped working out, gained back the weight.I don't want to give up!!!
