I haven't told too many people about my goals for my weight loss - partly because then I have to tell them how much I weigh. :( But honestly, I find that people are quick to tell you what you're doing wrong (in their opinion) and it frustrates and discourages me. I get all the support I need from my new MFP friends!! :)
