True- I used to stay up all night as a teen and early 20's I am a food snob- it takes me twice as long grocery shopping because I read every ingredient label:)

Honestly, you need to eat more:( How old is your baby? Are you nursing? I would up calories how many are you getting? what about protein and carbs and fat?

I have been trying to eat a clean diet. Which means I have cut out almost all processed foods including those yummy "health" bars that I so love and would eat like 2 or 3 of them. I had a kinda bad week of food, went over thurs by 458 calories and fri by 33 calories:( thats bad for me lol

well lets see:) My nursing tops are too big, I still wear them cause they are comfy:) but now they are too loose.. My new pair of size 16 jeans are now too big:) I just bought them in Feb:) I have tons more energy...some small set backs but I am back on track and loving it:)

I am doing the eating clean diet well for the most part lol I did have pizza for dinner and I didnt make it BUT most of what I eat, fruits, veggies,meat,some dairy and nuts I measure out and log everything..I don't normally log water though:(

I just started a clean diet, no processed food. I have only been doing it this way for 3 days so I will keep you updated lol.. I have been on MFP for 10 days and have lost 3 inches off my hips, 2 off my waist and 1 off my thighs and so far 1 pound muhahahah:)
