i'm staring at this scale and wondering why it hasn't moved in the past week! i kicked my butt all week at the gym and zumba'd til i could not zumba anymore, but no change. my goal this week is to NOT EAT PAST 7PM. keep at it but add this one goal. i'll see what happens this time around!

it definitely depends on your body type and metabolism/activity level, but if you are looking to use exercise to amp the weight loss rate then try not to (like others have been saying) obviously you'll lose at a faster rate if you are exercising regularly and NOT eating your exercise calories. i try and think about this…

I was checking out the Engine2 website and came across these: http://engine2diet.com/recipe/mighty-muffins/ They definitely satisfy my pastry-with-coffee craving in the morning! P.S. I baked them at 350 degrees - they don't list an oven temp on the website :/ worked out fine !
