I go to the gym after working in a restaurant it is a 24 hr gym and I have never had any problems. If I go before work 9 hours into the shift I just fall apart.

I found out I have Hypotyroidism last year and yes it will help you with weight loss as in, you are fighting less of an uphill battle. It will still take diet and exercise to loose a significant amount. It also become easier to exercise as each day I don't feel as exhausted.

A great way to shop cheap and cook easy is to use a crock pot.

The smaller you are the more you notice extra weight. It was very stupid of him to ask though period. And I've been asked before but I looked it honestly.

I find child curls (pick the child up like a bar and curl them while counting or saying the abcs they learn and think it is sooo much fun) and piggy back rides are great things to just fit into the schedule to add a little more work out with the kid. But for naps the library is a great way to go and then you can mix it up…

That is the problem with a BMI it doesn't worry about composition just mass.

If people give me advice I listen and thank them for caring, if they ask questions I answer them honestly. I do not bring up the subject and make sure I am not making a big deal out of my choices.

I am very clumsy and fall at work at least once a month and when people ask me if I'm ok I just used to tell them I'm padded for impact.

I work at outback and just an FYI the honey mustard that comes on the plate with the Alice is included in the calories as is the ranch with the cheese fries. If you add extra you need to add more but the sauces are included in the counts if they come standard to the meal.

My hubby tells me every day, we see each other, how he finds me attractive and I do the same I fell like the best way to get compliments is to give them :)

I have hypothyroidism though it was only diagnosed about 6 months ago. I take the hormone as well though my doctor said that if I have fluctuations in weight of more than 4 pounds to let her know because I may have something where my thyroid is uneven in productivity not always hypo.

I weigh myself at least every two weeks because I use the wii and set goals for myself on there in 2 week increments however, sometimes I'll do it 5 days apart sometimes 14.

Just a note most machines are set to 150lb average so if you don't put your weight in when you get on it will under guess for those over 150 and over guess for those under 150.

Just plan ahead and then don't drink your drinks too fast. I find as long as I have a drink in front of me no one gives me a hard time they don't notice that in 4 hours I only drink two glasses of wine because I don't focus on it.

yeah you need to take a pregnancy test and then if that doesn't figure it out go have blood work done, have them put you under if they have to. I have hypothyroidism and it sounds right on though many of my doctors through the years have just thought I was preggo until my latest one figured it out.

my favorite salmon is pistachio encrusted brush the salmon with lemon juice and then crush up pistachios, bread crumbs, and those fried onion things you put on green bean casserole and then bake it on a sheet pan on parchment paper... super yummy

I love yummy carbs I wouldn't suggest not eating them but she didn't ask me to tell her to eat them or not... she asked why they work. You eat less calories and feel more full.

Congrats on the weight loss. :) I suggest making a small goal even if it is just a half pound a week. Remember that even if you eat crap as long as you don't eat too much of it you can still lose weight. I have always been a big girl and I understand you it's hard for me to picture myself any smaller and I am so proud of…

my hubby will cook egg and sausage in a muffin tin on a day off and then pop it on a biscuit and microwave it for a few minutes in the mornings.... I use turkey bacon and egg whites but he gets twice as many calories as I do :)

I suggest just like in gym class taking flips or shower shoes. My gym showers are clean though I rarely use them as I go to the gym and then home after work. Basically try to be a decent human being and it's not a big deal. I am lucky that I go to the gym during non peak hours so rarely more than 4 people in the locker…

yummy carbs tend to sit in higher calories food... so people who eat less carbs tend to eat less calories. 200 calories in a poptart vs 2lbs of carrots you feel fuller longer... nothing wrong with a carb just it's soooo easy to eat too many calories.
