Thanks again to everyone for their suggestions. I cooked a batch of eggs last night...didn't eat any, but hey cooking them is a start and my husband LOVED them. Souffle style. Planning on having one tomorrow morning.

Hmm...Think I'll buy some eggs at the store tonight and try the souffle idea. Hopefully I can find a quick easy deal that ISN'T scrambled lol. Thanks for the ideas everyone. Keep them coming if you have more, i'll check when i get back in an hour or so...gym time!

how do you cook the eggs with the spinich? Omelets have the whole scrambled egg consistency problem for me....

Baby wipes! Learned that trick on a deployment when showers were not always available. Just suggest you get the unscented ones...hard to explain the baby powder scent sometimes

^^^This! High intensity varies by individual. The goal is to get your heart rate up as high as possible for a short bout of time and then recover before doing it again. I use the "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" for crossfit and don't eat back the calories. But the fact that the WODs differ so much definetly change it. 20 mins of Cindy is going to burn more than spending 20 minutes doing CrossFit Total.

^^ This! If I was only believing my scale I would curled up in the corner crying about my 3.5 pound weight gain. However, since I decided to take my measurements at the start my 15" lose over my entire body keeps me smiling.
