Lots. :wink: I exercise every day at the moment, so I pack away about 2000 calories a day, including a considerable amount of delicious chocolate.

I am responsible for my eating choices, but my family are food rewarders - we like to make ourselves happy with delicious food. I'm learning to incorporate those treats into a calorie-counted diet. :)

I like to sleep late in the mornings then stay up late at night, so I often skip breakfast, have a light lunch, then fill up at dinner and save plenty of calories for evening snacks. Fruit and chocolate! That's my idea of a diet. :)
