She was the rude one and I hate it for you that you had to defend yourself. I wish people could just take responsibility for their mistakes and say they are sorry but that is not the world we live in. Good for you for speaking up because without her realizing it was actually a gym rule she would keep doing it.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I guess as long as I am able to keep going, I feel that it is okay. I have been doing it for almost two months now and will not do the elliptical or Zumba when I have felt too worn out. I still can't seem to lose the weight I would like but I am not giving up.

with the elliptical I burn anywhere from 230 to 280 depending on what time I get to the fitness center (25 to 35 minutes), with P90X it can range from 250 to 420 depending on what video for the day I'm doing(55 to 75 minutes) and then Zumba normally ranges from 420 to 500 for an hour long session

My favorite is Kenpo but after that is Cardio because it is only 45 minutes and if you are short on time it is a great option. Sometimes there isn't a correct way but just making sure you do it the same each time you measure to be able to compare the results.

Sorry I missed last week. It was a rough time and this week is not good. I weighed Monday and I'm trying to get over it still and not worry about it. That totally has me pumped up for my workout that I have planned in the next hour. It might not give me 15?? calories but maybe I can push myself a little more today and see what I do get.

Don't give in. I had two weeks about a month ago that I saw no results but I knew I was doing the right things. I think it was an accumulation of stress, TOM, and building muscle. I am finally seeing results but I really haven't changed anything. SW 171.4 CW 167.0 I'm just hoping I can keep this up.

I was in the car all weekend it seemed like with my kids. I had plenty of snacks for them but while they were napping in the car, I ate. Challenge SW 168.6 I split with my husband and we workout in the mornings before the kids wake up. He has been extremely tired this week so I have gotten to go each morning. It is never anything big and it is never our main workout but I try to get something in.

Since everyone else put their starting weight- my last weigh in was 171.4 and my goal weight for June 1st is 149. I would give anything to see under 150. I've weighed 170 and above since I was in high school. Lost 20 pounds two years ago and would like to loose another 20 at least.

I teach high school computers and I am the adviser for the yearbook in a small town in Texas. This is my first year teaching and I love it. Glad to see other teachers putting the right example out there for their students. I'm always looking for support and motivation from anywhere.

My main thing to tell you is to keep going. I think some of it your body is still adjusting to being able to do that. Personally for me since I do something very similar, I have to be in bed by 9 and try to be asleep no later than 10. Congratulations on day 12 and keep up the good work.
