  • You look awesome. I hope I look that good when I weigh 154. How tall are you?
  • Not really a fan of the gin and tonic. The rum and diet does sound good though. It would be such a treat to have a diet soda just because I haven't been drinking them at all either.

  • I'm seriously taking that into consideration even though I was looking for alcoholic suggestions.

  • My Zumba instructor is overweight or at least doesn't have the best body but she has soooo much energy and we have so much fun and when I wear my HRM I am burning 400 to 600 calories and that is what it is all about. Just keep everyone moving. Good luck to you. You'll do great!!!
  • My bad choice was the waffles left behind by my 3 year old. At least they didn't have any butter or syrup on them. My good choice is the fish I had at lunch and it was delicious too.
  • LW: 168.8 CW: 169.6 I am certainly not happy with a gain for two weeks but I know that Easter weekend killed me and I have been tracking my weight loss since Sunday night and I am successfully still losing that. I'll stress about where I am actually at when I see my weight loss stop from Sunday. Since Sunday I have been…
  • I would love to join.
  • Had a lot of traveling this past weekend. I'm hoping I can have some of this gone before the big Easter meal on Sunday. LW: 165.8 CW: 168.8 I was not happy this morning when I weighed in. I'm struggling not to go have some binge time now.
  • Every week it is still the same struggle for me. I have had success when I plan almost everything out for the weekend and remember to take it one day at a time. To start slow, I remember to take it hour by hour and try to just get through that time frame with my plan. Even if you don't make it through the whole weekend on…
  • I really like this article and the images associated with it. A lot of food for thought.
  • Give yourself a break for a week of eating to just maintain and then try to get back into it.
  • When does it start exactly? We are planning on heading to San Antonio this weekend and it's already hard for me with all the options in San Antonio compared to my little town.
  • Thanks. I'm leaving town for a couple of days and needed a few quick go tos.
  • I can't remember what my weight was last week but I did actually weigh this morning and I got a happy number CW 165.8 That's the least I have weighed since I was a freshman in high school. I'm way excited.
  • Bump. Finishing P90X now and was planning on starting JM
  • Mine are a brand 2XL and I bought them on Amazon. I did a quick search and these were suggested for active workouts.
  • I found the perfect set of earphones. Pink and white that will stay in my ears. Todays my rest day but tomorrow I'm starting the C25K run with my app on my phone.
  • Monday Fitness Center Elliptical, P90X Recovery Week, Run C25K Tuesday Yoga or Fitness Center Elliptical, P90X Recovery Week, Run C25K (depends on what husband wants to do) Wednesday Fitness Center Elliptical, P90X Recovery Week, Run C25K Thursday Run C25K, Fitness Room(I'll be out of town but I know the hotel has a…
  • There is also the JM Slimdown that is a combination of Shred, No More Trouble Zones, & Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and you can find the schedule online with a simple search. I am also looking for something new to do and was thinking about going with that schedule.
  • I have a wish list on Amazon just for my few more lbs. I can't wait to go purchase. A pair of flip flops and a movie.
  • I would love to have a challenge like that in my workplace. I really think it would keep me super motivated.
  • I think if you are doing the C25K program you should be ready in time and make sure that you are able to make every workout count whether you skip a day or not. You can push yourself to really cover some ground and still be doing the C25K. Good luck fellow Texan.
  • I am right there with you. I am done going back and forth. Thank you for keeping this challenge up. It helps knowing I am not alone and that we are all here for each other. So here is mine- last crappy weigh-in: LW: 169.52 CW: 171.0 I haven't even recorded it in my progress because I don't want to see my weight lost go…
  • That's a great idea about the Ripped video. Thanks. I have really enjoyed P90X. I have seen so many improvements in myself in the 90 days and I am going to be way excited when I can say I have finished it. I'm kind of tempted to do another round and just keep trying to up my weights.
  • I can't wait to do this at lunch. I don't think it would be appropriate to do it right now with my class of high school juniors. I'll post back when I return.
  • Final weigh in is 167.0. Not exactly where I wanted to be but with everything that happened in March, I am very proud of it.
  • I didn't know she had a program combining those workouts. I've looked it up and I am wondering where do you find the Quick Trouble Zones? Is it on the No More Trouble Zones DVD. My husband gave these to me last year and I have messed around with them but I do great when I have a plan laying in front of me.
  • In cardiovascular there is something for sit up, vigorous. That's what I always use.
  • SW: 168 LW: 174.8 CW: 169.2 It's coming. Spring Break was horrible and I am still paying. Goes to show it is never worth it even if you think it will be at the moment.
