I started a little challenge for fun and I have 17 co workers signed up ☺
We are a small company and there is about 35 employees, having almost half follow in my lead is an awesome feeling ☺
Here is the challenge.
“Fourth Of July weight loss challenge.”
The Team Lean Challenge is a 12 week, company-wide weight loss initiative program, promoting a healthier lifestyle.
Prize Payout will be given the top 3 individuals based on percentage of weight loss.
Enrollment & Initial Weigh In: April 1st
Challenge Begins: April 4th – Ends on the Final weigh in on July 1st.
Rules:
Cost of One time enrollment is $5.00 per person.
Weigh in will be on every Friday, the individual with the highest percentage of weight loss for that week does not have to pay.
For those not winning the weigh in for that week will pay a $1.00 per pound of weight gain.
Should your weight remain the same or less than the previous week; then you only pay $1.00.
Please be prepared to weigh in and pay “every” Friday, if you do not weigh in, then on your next weigh in you will owe $1.00 plus an additional $1.00 per pound of weight gained.
If you are off on the weigh in date, then you can weigh in the day before.
“Step up and make it a lifestyle change for 2011 and beyond.”
Do not enroll if you are not committed, either you are all in or all out.
