I recommend exercising in the morning, probably before your little boy wakes up, or just make it a fun thing you and him do together! After I work out I feel less inclined to binge, because it makes think I am not going to put all the work I put in this morning to waste, it will change me! Also if you get the munches like…

Just push through it, when you exercise it helps with the soreness, but it will be there for a couple days, but it is only a sign that it is working.

I completely understand how you feel, before this I was on the ducan diet and I would do fine until I got home and then I would binge horrible and completely undo what I had done for myself.

Even though I am doing the calorie count. I have been eating fruits and veggies more. I have learned that breads and peanut butter and other things like that are what really pack it on me. I am new here too.
