Good Morning..... my weigh in is 178 I actually lost signifiacnt weight during my 2 pregnancies.... My first i lost 25 lbs, my second, l lost 30 pounds.....All I did was vomit, day aand night....sucked.......But ater my second baby, I went through a big depression and put on all the weight plus some....... hi there...i work 12 hours shifts as well...... I use a skipit at work...it's on of those hoops that you put on yoached is a ball on a string and yur foot and attou have to jump over the ball while it is rotating around your foot......Works gest for 5-10 minutes of "down" time.....good luck!!!

make sure that you are drinking enough and that thirst doesn't mimic hunger......i remeber when i was at work and i would pump, then feel famished, but after a bunch of water, the hunger would go away for a couple of hours.....good luck and what a gift you are giving your child.......
