I'm 5'4" and currently 163. My calorie settings per day are 1390 and I try to exercise twice a week as I have an active job and mainly work out on weekends (to get extra calories). Am I overlooking something when logging exercises, but do you have to log each individual exercise with the 30 day shred to figure out how many calories burned? Guess I'm not sure how many calories I'm burning doing this. Thanks in advance for any replies:happy:
