I weigh in daily, although when I get mad at the scale i put it away for a few days. sometimes it ends up a being a week or two. (especially during that time*) keeps me sane when the numbers dont want to move.

I had some Asian, it's actually not that bad. about 500 calories. Stir Fry Beef with corn, carrots and broccoli, with fried rice. The school finally got there act together so that we can have their nutritional values
