P90X one on one with Tony Horton would be a great option for you I think. They are about $20 per workout. You can buy one, use it for a month and move on. If you have any questions about them let me know :)

I sometimes will take Oxy Elite Pro. I really only take them if I had a long day at work or need that extra boost to push me through my workout. Other then that I find them useless.

This is incorrect. It depends on your current fitness level and size. I was 300lbs when Is started P90X. I work XXL shirts and size 44-46 pants. I lost about 30-35lbs my first round and dropped to 42 pants and XL shirts. I'm now down to size 36-38, L or XX shirts and weight in at 240. Now granted that wasn't all P90X! But…

I normally just add a tiny bit of sugar. Mixed with berries or fruits and maybe some cinn. or something.

Any Beachbody program and pull up bar ;) I love the Bowflex! But had much better results using just dumbbells and P90X.

I haven't tried Turbo Jam, but a lot of people seem to like it! It's really only about half the length as a P90X or Insanity workout and not nearly as intense.

Some weeks I weight in 3 or 4 times. Others only once. You gotta remember your body retains water throughout the day. So naturally your weight is going to go up and down. My official weight in is Monday mornings. First thing I do.

I can't say I blame them for getting ride of Charlie. But they should have done a better job at finding a replacement. I still think the show is decent. I watch it every Monday! But it's certainly not the same.

Without a HRM monitor there isn't much you can do. Someone might know a trick with counting your heart beat or something. But how well that works IDK.

Yeah that is why I like at home workouts. IMO they are cheaper in the long run and no need to drive to the gym and back :) Which saves time!

You need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day. Especially if you are working out. All you will do by eating 1,200 max is put your body into starvation mode. You need to figure out what your RMR is and go from there. Google RMR calculators.
