How much weight do you think I'd lose if for the whole month of November, every day I:
• Ran for an hour
• Drank a gallon of water
• Ate only fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, legumes, and yogurt
???

Probably 8 to 12lbs... But make sure you don't over do it! :-)

It's not possible for anyone to answer this without knowing your maintenance calories (the # of calories you need to not gain or lose weight) and the number of calories you will be consuming.

Beyond that though, eating healthy and exercising are good things. Good luck with your goals!

It's almost impossible to give you an kind of accurate guess. Just work at it and let us know how you do!

No idea, it still depends how many calories are going in vs going out.
This sounds like a great plan (though I have no idea how much a gallon of water is) - let us know how you go!
You might want to factor in a rest day or two though, or at least swap it up with an alternative exercise (walking or swimming instead of running for example) if you aren't used to this much running - you don't want to end the month with an injury.
