My goal is to lose 190 pounds from my highest weight (357). I had lost almost 30 pounds previously but ended up giving up and gaining it all back plus some. It's a huge task but it's not impossible as long as a person doesn't give up.

I have a Kamenstien one that I bought from Costco a while back but I'm not sure they have them anymore and I don't remember the price but it was under $20.

I use mine at home but I don't take it with me restaurants or when I go to my families houses for special occasions.

I plan to use it forever or as long as it's around

First thing in the morning right after I use the bathroom.

I try not to give much advice since it seems to just go in one ear and out the other when it comes to friends and co-workers unless explicitly asked by them then I try to help them and tell them what works for me.

I checked around the internet and they're working to fix it

When I reach my goal (which is not 100 pounds that's just my first major goal) I plan on getting a tattoo and a new wardrobe.

Me! I do go over my calories most of the time but it's not a lot but I don't eat clean not at all. For example tonight I'm having pizza. I track everything and try to stay within my calories or a little over. All the weight I've lost has been doing that. I work with what I have because we have limited funds to buy food so…

I don't drink diet soda just because I don't like the after taste. I have regular soda but not all the time mostly as a treat. I'd much rather have water, juice, lemonade, ice tea, etc.

I'd have to add Yoshiki Hayashi to my list.

I do exercise during my shark week. It actually helps with the cramps if they're really bad.

Feel free to add me! You can do this! Don't think of it as starting over! I've been where you are as well. I lose than gain back and the cycle starts again. Stay strong and keep plugging away. One day at a time you'll get there and don't be discouraged.

I have about 160 to lose! Could use some friends!
