  • Good luck, and yes I am thinking smaller meals and protein bars and shakes will help me reach a healthy weight. I am also working out daily for at least 30 min Just started yesterday. I need to grab some vitamins soon also. how much is your calorie intake supposed to be?
  • Hello I actually am! I weigh 92lbs and am 5'4" trying to gain a half pound a week, i have alot of calories to eat and idk how im going to do it when i have a easily upset stomach and cannot keep food down. I am hoping to get healthier by gaining weight and getting ahold of my digestive system.
