  • Definitely go for some substitutes. Not sure where you are based, but in the UK Redwood foods or Fires are very good. I've been Vegan for over thirteen years and still eat them regularly. Cheers, HC

  • If you miss meat then try some of the meat substitues around, there are some really good ones these days. I've been Vegan for 13 years and they made it much easier.
