I am currently obsessed with Jiff Whips! They have regular peanut butter and a peanut butter and chocolate which is just AMAZING with apples!!! Yum, yum, yum. Currently have two containers of each in my pantry incase the craze doesn't catch on and they stop carrying it, haha. :laugh:

Panera's Balsamic Vinaigrette which luckily I can now find in the grocery store I shop at!! I now eat salads ALOT!!! :happy:

I have lost 86.5 lbs in 13 months. Still have a few to go too. I have noticed that the closer I am getting to my goal, the longer it's taking the weight to come off and of course this irks me to no end, but I have to keep on keeping on. On my cheat days I try to eat reasonably (and most of the time succeed). My culprit on these cheat days is alcohol. We all know that a few drinks adds up to ALOT of calories. It's not so much the cheat day itself that I have the problem with, it's the day after my indulgence of alcohol that leaves me craving all the bad…

I really enjoy the Zesty Roma Chicken and Shrimp (410 calories) but OMG, the sodium just kills me so I can only have it once in a very great while. Frustrates me that these restaurants put out all these "healthy meal" options but provide major overkill in the sodium department. :mad:

I experience this as well. I am a year and one month into this lifestyle change and have shed darn near 88 lbs of my "insulation" so I am almost always cold. I used to not even be able to sleep under the blankets in bed b/c I would get so darn hot. Now, I curl up under a sheet, down comforter and 1-2 Bed, Bath & Beyond…
