use this: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ figure out your TDEE and eat at either a 15 or 10% deficit, it makes it easier to stick to!

definitely eat more! while you may not feel like you are starving, your body is trying to tell you to feed it by holding onto the weight even though you are working out intensely. i would try to up your calories to either 1600 or 1700 a day and eat back some exercise cals with that! i recently just started this a few days…

it's really good if you just boil it and added a little bit of light margarine and some finely chopped garlic :love:

i don't think you necessarily burn more calories, you just sweat out a lot more water, so make sure you drink up and rehydrate!! :drinker:
