How can ANYONE look at this and think "this is a good idea" Seriously...

I tried them. The Chocolate Swiss was good. However, they weren't filling. I quit drinking them and just started eating less and I am seeing more results. I lost 1 lb after 3 weeks of the shakes and 5 lbs from actually eating food. Ditch them and just eat better.

I have been on Ortho Tri-cyclen, Nuvaring, Lutera, and Lo lo Estrin. I have not gained weight because of them. I gained weight because I would stuff my face when I wasn't even hungry.

I am severely anemic and loose my hair, eyelashes and eyebrows included. It really sucks. I am on an iron pill and my hair loss has slowed. My iron pill has to be prescribed, you need to see your doctor before filling your body with stuff that may hurt you more than help you.

I get told all of the time that I am selfish for not wanting kids. No doctors will "fix" me or my boyfriend because we do not have kids yet. It is my body and I know what I want.

I was stuck at that too. I moved my calories down to 1320 and ate back half of my exercise calories. I lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks.

I lost 1/2 an inch on my hips in 2 weeks. But no weightloss. So everyone is different.

You answered your own question... You are exercising a little more, you need just a little more food to replenish your body. Try a protein or granola bar in the evening so you aren't starving.

With my fat jiggling, I still go in and do my thing. They can look if they want, won't stop me one way or the other.

I am guilty of judging when people order the most fattening thing on the menu when they already have a hard time fitting through the door.

I am on Lo Lo Estrin. It is great! The lowest dose of hormones in pill form for birth control. I have never had bad symptoms from birth control. But I have been on Ortho Tri-cyclen, nuvaring, and now LoLo.
