MFP already automatically logs my steps from my iPhone and counts it as exercise which gives me extra calories. I work in a v sedentary job so I'm trying to make sure I hit 10,000 steps. I'd like to join this! My tracker on my iPhone has been showing that I barely do any walking at all, plus I'm sat in an office all day which doesn't help. I went for a walk before work this morning to help me get to my 10,000 steps. Bring on 10,000 every day! :smiley:

I used to get to wake up really early, but tried today and couldn't do it. I'm struggling but the morning is realistically the only time when I can exercise. I said no to fries after a very long day. I was even in the queue but then thought I can't do this! Went home and had lots of rice cakes and humous, prob not the best calorie wise but much better than the fries!

This challenge has come at the perfect time for me I just woke up after drinking almost a bottle of prosecco myself last night and thought I really don't like how alcohol makes my body feel! Would love to give up alcohol permanently but not sure I can, It's such a waste of calories too! When shall we start the challenge?

I think other than fruit and veg, all bran is great for high fibre. I have it with plain natural yoghurt and then add some chopped fruit or berries! Nice for breakfast or a snack!

I'm in the same boat, really do not know what is wrong with me!! I can't seem to lose any weight because of it. I'm fine with exercise but just can't stop gorging on junk. Had a really healthy weekend then ruined it all yesterday!

I just go to Holland and Barrett, they often have buy one get one half price or buy one get one for a penny! You just have to wait for the promotions which are usually quite regularly!
