I am in too! I want to lose 7 pounds during November! I also want to cut down my sugar and wheat intake. It's so important to focus on health not just weight. I have also said that I want to make sure I do 10000 steps as a minimum everyday! Let's make November a brilliant and healthy month :)

Kickboxing is brilliant for losing weight and toning. I only run and do kickbox and it makes a huge difference when i go consitently!! I definitely recommend it!

I know exactly how you feel. I cannot seem to shift my final 18 pounds And yes the hot weather in england is not helping!! We can do it though, We just have to be prepared to put in lots of work!!!

We have to just keep that motivation up!!!@dgbiggz Ive accepted that this week has been a bad week lol Also I suppose if something isnt working we have to be motivated and determined enough to change the programme!!

I feel the same re things moving slowly, but we have to remember that this is a life style change! 1lb a week is perfect as it is sustainable and realistic. I never used to ever weigh, but i have become so obsessed now! I weigh every morning and sometime multiple times in the day. My weight fluctuates so much throughout the day. My official weigh in is Friday's at work though, so that is when I record my weight.

I am actually obsessed with sweet things, I know it is bad for me but it makes me happy! At first I just saved my calorie intake so that I could still have some chocolate, But I'm going to try and give up chocolate, sweets and alcohol for lent Hopefully I can do it!
